Ble Dur D’Arcour has been as adaptable as our other Einkorn varieties, with tillering and pant height increasing each year seed was saved. While not as high yielding as Early Stone Age Wheat, we continue to grow this Einkorn in order to preserve genetic diversity of wheat and keep this rare heritage grain for future generations.
