As a 2 row ancient wheat, our yields weren’t spectacular our first 2 seasons. In our 3rd season Early Stone Age Wheat really jumped up in tillering, tripling the original tiller count and achieved an astounding 10lbs per 100sqft. The hulls are strong and while it does thresh out without special machinery, you’ll need to put additional effort into threshing this Einkorn.
