Growing over 56” tall and producing a respectable 40 tillers, this Black Einkorn is a fantastic yielder in both edible grain and biomass!

In 2021 we harvested 11lbs/100sqft of grain and just under 20lbs of dry biomass.

Note: This variety of Einkorn is partially hulled and will require additional effort to thresh.
