This antioxidant super-food is our most reliable variety of kale - out producing all others with beautiful deep green/blue curly leaves that have a sweet flavour.
Scotch Blue Kale provides a very high yield and produces reliably all summer long. Plant grow well bunched close as baby kale, or develop into very large bushes when given room to grow.
This kale has also shown incredible resilience to our large temperature swings during the hottest summer days - often a 30c difference between night and day temperatures!
This seed is 3rd generation acclimatized and is an excellent choice for salads and kale chips.
